Lash Lift

• Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes (no mascara, eyeliner, or eyeshadow).

• Stop using waterproof mascara at least 48 hours before treatment, as it can leave residue that affects the lift.

• Do not use oils, heavy creams, or lash serums for at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Stop using mechanical lash curlers 24–48 hours prior to avoid weakening your lashes.

• Keep lashes healthy by drinking water and using a gentle, nourishing lash conditioner leading up to the treatment.

Lash Tint

• Avoid mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow on the day of your appointment.

• If you wear contacts, bring your case and solution to remove them before the treatment.

• Avoid waterproof mascara – Stop using it at least 48 hours prior to prevent product buildup.

• Skip oil-based products – No oils, lash serums, or heavy eye creams for 24 hours before the tint.

• Do a patch test – If you have sensitive skin or allergies, request a patch test 24–48 hours before the procedure.

Lash Extensions

• Arrive with clean lashes – No makeup, mascara, or oil-based products on your lashes or around your eyes.

• Avoid curling your lashes for at least 24–48 hours prior to prevent damage.

• Skip lash serums and conditioners – Stop using these products at least 48 hours before treatment.

• Do not book a facial or steam treatment – Avoid facials, steaming, or any excessive moisture exposure 24 hours before your appointment.
